Can I visit your store?
Parkway Tile Outlet is an online outlet shop affiliated with B&F Ceramics Design Showroom of Fredericksburg, VA. While there is no physical Parkway Tile location, you may visit our B&F Ceramics Fredericksburg Showroom.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns on any material, all sales are final. However, we understand that some things are unpredictable. Should your order arrive damaged please follow the directions below to let us know immediately so we can help.
If you believe there are issues with your pallet, please do the following:
1. Please mark the delivery receipt as damaged.
2. Take pictures prior to breaking down pallet.
3. Take pictures of all damaged materials & packaging.
4. Email all pictures, a copy of the signed delivery receipt marked as damaged, and a detailed statement of all issues with shipment to parkwaytileoutlet@gmail.com.
Damage claims must be received ASAP within 2 business days of delivery.
What are your delivery options?
All tile orders will be delivered via common carrier on pallets. These deliveries will be tailgate delivery only.
Mosaic tiles sold by the sheet will ship via UPS Ground.
How do I track my order?
Our common carrier shipments will send you email notifications to keep you updated on where your order is. When they near their destination they will contact you to schedule a time for delivery so that someone is available to receive the order.
